The Infor ERP XA solution, specific for discrete manufacturing companies, will allow the Italian group, leader in the production and distribution of auto parts, to improve planning, analytics and standardize the group's information systems, including the Chinese factory.
Ac Rolcar, an Italian company specialized in international production and distribution of window winders for cars and industrial vehicles, has chosen Infor XA for its flexibility, specific sector functions and the ability to promote a new, more modern integrated management platform. Ac Rolcar has two main offices in Italy, which include a production area of 7,500 square meters and a logistics of 6,000 square meters and a branch in China. The two Italian offices are dedicated to technological research, quality production and distribution through advanced logistics. The decision to migrate to Infor XA arises from the need to provide the Chinese office with an integrated information system in Chinese and to standardize the company information systems in all the group's plants.
The application, which will be implemented first in the Chinese plant and later extended to the two Italian offices, will allow Ac Rolcar to benefit from greater coordination between departments and between different locations and better management of the supply chain in terms of costs and organization.
