According to the 80 % of IT managers, the phenomenon of IT consumerization has modified the user expectations in terms of  user-experience. They are more exigent. This is what emerges from the global survey of  Vanson Bourne, commissioned by Avanade. The results has been presented during the Mobile World Congress 2014.

The It consumerization has highlighted the need for a major change in the selection and the adoption of technology. In addition, although the majority (94% ) carry-overs that there is greater interest to speed up the  application deployment process, only 29 % of companies think that the processes in the company are enough agile to respond to this need .

The user experience is really the new frontier of competitive and companies need to consider it an integral part in the development of applications, in order to ensure an immediate and intuitive connection between users and technology. To achieve this , companies need to invest and to define a digital strategy that can develop application solutions in line with the real business results”.

The mobility, is currently or will be in the future a priority for the 90 % of the enterprises.
