Cosa fa TwgFEP, in concreto

Ti mostriamo TwgFEP sui tuoi documenti reali.

Active e-invoicing? We have all automated it: the XML leaves the ERP and flies to the SdI. But on the other side — the passive one — in a great many companies the movie is still this: the supplier invoice arrives, someone opens it, reads it and retypes it by hand into the ERP. Line by line, rate by rate.

It is a paradox: that invoice is already a structured XML file. All the data you are re-entering by hand is already in there, ready. You are merely copying it from one screen to another.

The hidden cost of manual keying

It is not just people's time — though it is hours, every month, taken away from work that matters. Above all it is risk: a mistyped number, a wrong VAT rate, an invoice that slips through or gets posted twice. Errors someone then has to hunt down and fix downstream, when they cost more.

And the more you grow — more suppliers, more volume — the more this invisible work swells, without anyone ever really deciding it should.

What TwgFEP does, concretely

TwgFEP (Passive Electronic Invoicing) is the TwinGroup add-on that closes this gap on Infor XA and LX. The flow becomes:

  • It receives the supplier's XML invoice and reads its structured data — header, lines, taxable amounts, VAT.
  • It posts the document automatically into the ERP, with no manual re-entry, reconciling with orders and receipts where needed.
  • It flags what needs attention — mismatches, discrepancies, missing data — so people check the exceptions, not every single line.

"TwgFEP freed us from the hours of manually entering passive invoices. Today we check — we don't type anymore."
— Sandra Galipò, Head of Administration, Metroz

Check, don't type

That is exactly the change of role Metroz describes — a flavors company with over 70 years of history, which integrated passive invoicing on Infor LX with us. The administration's work does not disappear: it changes nature. From repetitive data entry to supervision. The person stops being a keyboard and goes back to the one thing a machine does not do well: judging the cases that do not add up.

No new ERP

TwgFEP replaces nothing and asks for no rebuild-from-scratch project: it is an operational layer on top of the Infor you already use. It runs on XA and LX, sits alongside active invoicing (SdI) and, for those who sell abroad, European invoicing with TwgEU. One logic for the whole invoice cycle, inbound and outbound.

How many hours a month do you spend retyping invoices?

If you run Infor XA or LX and still record passive invoices by hand, there is a simpler way. We will show you TwgFEP on your real documents.
