This section describes the management of the website (hereinafter, the " Website") with reference to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the European rules for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"), and in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003. 196, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicable Regulations"), we hereby inform you that the personal data provided by you (hereinafter also referred to as the " Data Subject") by browsing the TwinGroup Global Solutions S.r.l. Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") shall be processed in compliance with the confidentiality obligations provided for by the above mentioned regulations.

  • limitation of the processing (art. 18): the Data Subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of the processing;
  • data portability (art. 20): the Data Subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the Personal Data concerning him/her provided to the Data Controller and has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without hindrance by the Data Controller;
  • opposition to the processing (art. 21): the Data Subject has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his or her particular situation, to the processing of Personal Data pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of such provisions.
