The electronic invoicing law will enter into force very soon. In fact, starting from 1° January 2019, Italian companies will have to say goodbye to paper invoices. The electronic invoicing aims to delete paper supports, save costs in terms of printing and of storage spaces. With the new system it is possible to easily issue, transmit and store invoices in electronic format without long processes and saving time. Regardless of your recipient, public administration or private companies (with ID VAT number), the use of the electronic invoices or e-invoices will become mandatory by law next year.
